We serve at a Korean-style “prayer mountain” or retreat center for prayer and personal renewal and revival, founded by Gloria’s father, Pastor Jin-hong Kim. This ministry hosts about 4 worship, prayer, and revival services every day, 365 days a year, and has been running for over 20 years. The center offers free lodging and meals, supported by love offerings. Guests from all denominations and backgrounds come individually or in groups to experience personal, emotional, spiritual healing and renewal. At a time when many similar ministries are on the decline, this one has been going strong and even growing.
In addition, Pastor Kim started and leads International Revival Seminary, a school for students desiring to enter ministry with a specialization in revival and renewal preaching. This seminary offers continuing education for pastors who are engaged in revival ministry and church planting, and is closely integrated with the prayer retreat ministry.
